What if my TV doesn't have a AYYA app?
We work with manufacturers to make our app easy to find and use. For most TVs, the AYYA app will be visible from the main menu or home screen. If your TV has an app store where you can download new apps, try searching for AYYA to see if the app is available.

Sometimes a device update is needed to find and install the AYYA app. If you're not sure how to update the system software on your TV, you can check your owner's manual or contact the manufacturer. Please note that an update isn't guaranteed to include AYYA but keeping your TV up to date will ensure you always have all available apps. If the AYYA app isn't available on your TV, you can check out compatible devices by contacting our live chat support. You might already have a compatible device at home!

Investigate unexpected charges

Price is higher than expected
There are a few reasons you may be seeing a charge that is more than you expected.

Taxes - Depending on where you live, you may be charged taxes in addition to your subscription price.

Fees - In some countries, card companies may charge an extra fee for cross-border transactions. Some countries may change the currency to USD even though we charge in local currency.

Authorizations - When you start your AYYA account or change your payment method, you may see an authorization that appears as a pending transaction on your statement.
Authorizations are not charges, but may affect your available balance until your bank releases the funds in a few days.

Plan changes - If you or someone in your household upgraded your AYYA plan, your bill will reflect the upgraded plan price.

Charged earlier than expected
If your billing date is scheduled for a day that does not occur in a given month (such as the 31st), you'll be billed on the last day of that month instead.

If you recently changed your billing date and within the same month there is a price change or you upgrade your plan, you could be charged earlier than expected.

Multiple or unauthorized charges
As a AYYA member, you are charged once a month on the date you signed up. If you are seeing multiple charges or charges that you believe to be unauthorized from AYYA, send us an email or chat with our live agent for support.
